The Weavings is an 80-page, 7in., full-color catalog showcasing the evolution of contemporary artist Bobby Zokaites’ woven sculpture. The narrative spans a decade and a half of exploratory residencies at The Barber Shop (VA), Merriweather District Artist-In-Residence Program (MD), and Joshua Tree Highlands Artist Residency (CA); a groundbreaking masters thesis exhibition at Arizona State University (AZ); research details of technological developments made in-studio; and culminates with Zokaites’ first museum solo exhibition at Mesa Contemporary Arts Museum (AZ).
